PostSubject: Trucks In The NC Chapter   Wed Sep 29, 2010 1:36 pm

My 88 S10 Ext. Cab
This truck has a 4" front drop and 6" rear drop on 20s. Has frame painted silver with bolts, rearend all detailed, detailed and painted 2.8 V6, Pioneer System with two 12s pushed by 2000 watt bridged amp, mid and highs pushed by 600 watt amp and 400 watt amp, runs off of 6 marine gel cell batterys totally independent from the under hood battery. Detailed and painted interior parts.

The interior

The 20" rim I handpainted the letters in the centercap as well

The engine alot of detail I painted into this, all the bolts have been painted green with silver washers, the altrnator fan I painted black and then handpainted the lines in it green,

the silver frame I painted back in the day this was done back in 03 when I first got the truck

87 S10 Lonbed

This truck has a 4" drop in the front and 6" drop in the rear sitting on 17" Billet Specialties Phantom Rims

The rear tailgate letters painted to look 3D

The engine, custom built 2.8 V6 all internally built, it was bored 50 over, shortened the rods, ported and polished the heads, 372 degree lift Comp Cam, bigger injectors, ported the stock intake, air raid throttle body spacer, Elderbrock headers, hyperpneumatic pistons, computer chip, 8mm plug wires, Bosch platinum 4 plugs, Crane Cams gold race extruded roller rocker arms, Crane high performance hydraulic lifters, true duel exhaust no cats with 2 flowmasters.
Got alot of my HP from my head work, the machine work alone cost me $1,500.00 10 years ago. The actual engine size now is like a 3.4 I believe with the way its bored not 100% sure on that thou just a estimation from a website that had a calculator for it.
The entire engine cost was around $5,000.00, plan on putting a turbo on it next, time for a update to the engine.

Interior

The door panel I painted

The center console I made for the TV and Dreamcast

The system 2 Sony Xplod 12s with a 400 watt bridged Sony Amp needs more power really

The frame I painted back in 2001 when the truck was repainted

I hand painted this Wile E. Coyote

The other one I did in the back glass

What it looked like back in 97 when I bought it bone stock

2000 S10 Ext. Cab

Layin frame on 20s front and 22s rear

With my 87 S10

The seats for it

the truck is a 2000 chevy s10 ext cab ls model. it currently has a 5/6 drop, 16x7 eagle alloy wheels, full k&n intake, optima yellow top battery, 2 12'' jvc subs, 600 watt 2 channel rockford amp, jvc deck, tinted windows, and a few more odds and ins that i cant think of at this moment. future plans are bagging the truck, bodydrop, roll pan, weld tail gate shut and third door, shave gas door and antenna, relocate window squirters, tonneau cover, new wheels, 7'' flip out dvd player, new amp, new carpet, paint the plastics, and then paint the body. if i come up with anything else ill add it here later on.
